SRDU has Zero tolerance towards drugs & alcohol. A dedicated & expert department of security officials and personnel are on duty 24 x 7 to ensure that no drug ever enters the campus.
A majority of security personnel and gunmen are experienced ex-servicemen, fully equipped and trained. Lady security staff are specially recruited for girls security.
The security department provides the necessary electronic security support system with more than 7400 CCTV cameras for the safety of the students and staff.
The University has its very best fire station, fully equipped with a fire truck and trained firemen.
Turnstile gates at major entry/exit points as well as boom barriers for vehicles, thereby ensuring that every movement is monitored.
