UNIVERSITY ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHRI RUKMANI DWARKADHISH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (SRDU)

1. Admission Confirmation

  • Admission will be confirmed only after successful document verification and fee submission.
  • University reserves the right to approve or reject any admission application.

2. Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Students can cancel admission within 15 days from the admission date.
  • ₹2,500/- will be deducted as Processing Fee.
  • Remaining eligible amount will be refunded as per university rules.

After 15 Days:

❌ No fee refund will be applicable after 15 days from the admission date.


3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Registration Fee
  • Admission Processing Fee
  • Examination Fee
  • Enrollment Fee
  • University Charges
  • Digital / Portal Charges

4. Document Submission

  • Students must submit all required documents within the prescribed time.
  • Admission may be cancelled if documents are incomplete or found invalid.

5. Eligibility Responsibility

  • Student is personally responsible for checking eligibility before taking admission.
  • No refund will be provided in case of ineligibility after admission confirmation.

6. Attendance Rules

  • Students must maintain minimum attendance as per university norms.
  • Low attendance may result in examination restriction.

7. Examination Rules

  • Students must follow university examination guidelines.
  • Use of unfair means may lead to cancellation of examination or admission.

8. Course / Subject Change

  • Course or specialization change is subject to university approval.
  • Additional charges may apply for course transfer or migration.

9. Fee Payment Responsibility

  • Students must pay fees before due dates.
  • Late fee penalty may apply on delayed payments.

10. Online / Distance / Practical Programs

  • Practical training, workshops, internships, or project work may be compulsory as per course structure.
  • Students must complete all academic requirements.

11. University Rights

  • University reserves all rights regarding:
    • Admission Approval
    • Examination Rules
    • Fee Structure Changes
    • Academic Policies
    • Course Availability

12. Admission Cancellation by University

University may cancel admission in case of:

  • Fake Documents
  • Misconduct
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of university rules

13. Partner / Admission Consultant Terms

  • Admission partners must provide correct student information.
  • Misrepresentation or false commitments are strictly prohibited.
  • University reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner association.

14. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes will be subject to university jurisdiction and applicable laws.
